Marlene Mulero-Betances graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and from Temple University with an MS in Quality and Regulatory Affairs. She has worked in the orthopaedic industry for more than 17 years with DePuy, Johnson & Johnson. She has experience in regulatory compliance auditing, quality systems, management of label development and document management, and IT project management. Marlene is also on the Kosciusko Community Foundation Board of Directors and a member of the OrthoWorx Diversity Council.
Rick Rivera graduated from Indiana Tech with an bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Rick has 23 years in the orthopaedic industry, including management of warehousing, distribution, sterile and non-sterile packaging, implant returns, production labeling, and manufacturing. Rick has experience in lean manufacturing practice, as well as facility safety and ergonomics. Rick is also involved in student mentoring programs and efforts to increase awareness of the Hispanic culture.
Deeana Marshall has more than 30 years of experience working in business administration; she brings an impressive array of computer, marketing, accounting, scheduling, and organizational skills to the team. She has worked for EnPak since 2012. As the EnPak Office Manager she is responsible for accounting, purchasing, marketing support, and keeping the management team organized.
Vickie Kuhl graduated will an Associate Degree in Health Care Support. Vickie has 12 years of experience in Management including Warehousing, Distribution, Returns, and Customer Service. She has worked for EnPak since 2012. She has training on FDA GMP Part 820 ISO 13458 and is continuing education her education in Quality. She is a member of the EnPak Management team and is responsible for day to day management of the EnPak production and inspection teams, production planning and inventory management.
Liz Miller graduated from the University of Northwestern Ohio with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She has worked for EnPak since the fall of 2013 and completed her Auditing CQA training in the spring of 2014. She is a member of the EnPak Quality Assurance team and is responsible for internal auditing, document control, and training coordination.
