Packaging & Kitting
At EnPak LLC, we provide reliable non-sterile packaging solutions per customer specifications. In addition, we package devices in a variety of formats, including tubes, poly bags, and cartons. We receive, organize, and assemble device components into kits per your specifications, ready for use or further processing.

Inspection
We perform comprehensive visual and dimensional inspections using micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality. EnPak LLC thoroughly inspects and inventories returned loaner kits, in order to identify missing or damaged components. Lastly, we check all parts for compliance, quality, and readiness for reuse or return to inventory.

Label Design & Creation
We design and print labels that meet all applicable regulatory requirements, including UDI standards. We also verify labels for proper content, formatting, and scan functionality to ensure accuracy. EnPak LLC uses BarTender labeling software and has experience with Robar and other web-enabled labeling systems.

Surgical Loaner Kit Management
We assemble surgical kits based on product and procedural needs. Following use, we clean, inspect, and restock kits for the next procedure. We track, inspect, and document every kit component to ensure quality and readiness.

Medical Device Scrap Disposal
We disassemble and separate devices by material for proper recycling or destruction. We provide documentation to verify regulatory-compliant destruction. Furthermore, when possible, materials are defaced and recycled, with any monetary return passed back to our customers.
